When I got home, I noticed I was missing one of my purchases. What should I do?

Please contact the store where the items were purchased to inquire about the missing bag(s). Please call 833-PICNSAV (742-6728).

Do you allow pets in your store?

Service animals trained to perform tasks for customers with disabilities are welcome in our stores. However, pets are not permitted in stores.


What is Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains doing to keep guests and team members safe in stores?

Like many others, Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains is taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures we can take. We’ve invested in and expanded rigorous cleaning routines including:

  • Providing team members with face masks and gloves to wear at work and encouraging healthy hygiene habits as guided by the CDC. Given CDC guidance on the role that face masks can play in slowing the spread of the coronavirus and to keep our team and guests safe, we’re requiring team members to wear masks or face coverings when working.
  • Having a team member stationed at each store entrance to sanitize carts and baskets between each use.
  • Frequently cleaning each check-out lane and providing hand sanitizer.
  • Rotating the use of check-out lanes to allow those lanes not in use to be deep cleaned.
  • Adding payroll hours to support more rigorous cleaning routines.
  • Installation of Plexiglass partitions at check-out lanes and service desks throughout our stores.
  • We’re encouraging guests to observe social distancing and remain six feet apart while entering and shopping in our stores through the following measures:

  • Actively monitoring and, when needed, metering guest traffic to promote social distancing.
  • Posting signage throughout stores.
  • Implementing floor signage.
  • Dedicating team members to ensure guests wait in line at an appropriate distance until they're called to the register, as needed.
  • Overhead audio messaging in our stores.
  • Require all guests to wear masks.

    Questions regarding transactions made at Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains should be directed to Store Manager.

    I have a duplicate charge on my credit/debit card for the same transaction. How can I resolve the issue?

    Duplicate authorizations should drop off automatically within three business days. If it has been more than three business days, please fill out a customer help form and send us additional information explaining your request.

    How do I obtain a duplicate copy of my store receipt?

    Your request for a duplicate copy of your receipt MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Your transaction was paid for with a credit, debit, or EBT card.
  • Your purchase amount was $5.00 or more.
  • If your request meets these requirements, please submit a customer help form for further assistance. Please allow 5 business days for your receipt request to be processed.

    Please note, we are unable to provide duplicate copies of the receipt if you paid by cash, your purchase was less than $5.00, or your purchase was made more than three (3) months ago. There are no exceptions to this policy.


    Where can I obtain a Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains gift card?

    You can visit only purchase a Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains gift card at a Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains store to purchase gift cards.

    Something went wrong with my gift card. Where can I get help?

    If you purchased your gift card in one of our stores, please contact the store directly at 833-PICNSAV (742-6728) or you can reach our customer help team by visiting our Contact Us page.

    How can I check the balance on my Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains gift card?

    You can check your gift card balance at any register in one of our stores, or you can call the number located on the back of your card.


    Can I shop in your stores as a tax-exempt business or organization?

    Yes, simply present your valid, current tax-exempt card or certificate to the Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains Associate when upon check out.

    Who do I contact if I was charged tax at a Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains store, but I am tax exempt?

    Please email a copy of your receipt along with your contact information to our Customer Help Department.


    Does Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains accept competitor or manufacturer’s coupons?

    At Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains, we believe our prices are the lowest you are going to find, so we do not accept coupons of any kind.


    What is Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains return policy?

    At Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains we believe we provide the best bargains on all of our products. We will, however, gladly exchange any unopened item with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

    Please make your return / exchange at the Pic ‘N’ Save Bargains store where you originally purchased the item.
